Nadine Saba

Associate

Nadine is dedicated to helping clients navigate the legal system and advocating on their behalf during the most challenging times of their lives. In her practice, she helps clients resolve issues of child and spousal support, property division, decision-making authority, and parenting time.

Prior to being called to the bar, Nadine summered and articled at a full-service firm in London, Ontario. During this time, she gained extensive experience in a variety of practice areas including family law, civil litigation, estates law, personal injury law, construction law, corporate and commercial matters, and employment law. Nadine’s articling experience allowed her to refine her legal research, writing, advocacy, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nadine obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario, and her Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University. While in law school, Nadine was a student caseworker for the Immigration Team at Western Law’s Community Legal Services. Nadine also participated in a family law externship, where she had the opportunity to shadow lawyers, duty counsel, and judges to experience first-hand how legal theory is applied in professional practice. In her third year of law school, Nadine was selected as a finalist for the Michael MacNaughton Student Writing Award for Insolvency Law. Her paper, “The Separation of Statutes: The Effects of Bankruptcy on Spouses” was published by the Ontario Bar Association.

In her spare time, Nadine enjoys painting, jewelry making, and travelling with her family.
