Jen-Yii Liew is a founding partner of Maleki Liew LLP. She has extensive experience in all aspects of separation and high conflict divorce, including divisions of property, spousal and child support, parenting disputes, cross-border issues, and the negotiation of domestic contracts. Jen also frequently represents clients at both mediations and arbitrations.
Jen is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates Society, Young Women in Law, and has co-authored papers for various family law programs.

Nadine is dedicated to helping clients navigate the legal system and advocating on their behalf during the most challenging times of their lives. In her practice, she helps clients resolve issues of child and spousal support, property division, decision-making authority, and parenting time.
Alex is an associate lawyer at Maleki Liew LLP. Her practice covers all areas of family law including issues such as parenting, division of property, as well as child and spousal support. Alex has a diverse background in litigation and dispute resolution which she leverages in her family law practice.
Hoss joined Maleki Liew LLP in 2022 as the Office Manager. He brings more than 20 years of managerial and administrative experience to the firm. He is responsible for coordination of resources, day to day operations, growth and development of the firm, and overall operational performance.
Sweta’s warm and sincere personality drew her to the area of family law. She aims to provide clients with limitless support for a stress-free experience. Being kind, caring and taking initiative with clients in times of need is how Sweta has been able to gain the fulfillment she craves, while also enabling clients to get through some of the toughest times of their lives. She provides emotional support to clients by being a listening ear and understanding that each client has their own unique story.
Rosey graduated from the Law Clerk program at Seneca College in 2019. Since her graduation, she has exclusively worked in the area of family law. Prior to joining Maleki Liew LLP, she worked at a highly reputable family law boutique in the downtown Toronto area. As clients navigate the most trying times of their lives, Rosey’s compassionate and calm nature makes them feel at ease. Her main priority is ensuring that their needs are met.
Rachel graduated from the Paralegal program at Seneca College in 2021. Rachel’s passion for helping people drew her to the area of family law. Rachel understands that undergoing the family law process can be an emotional experience, and her compassion and kindness enables her to support clients during this time.
James joined Maleki Liew LLP after graduating from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. At law school, James gained valuable practical experience working at the Law Student’s Legal Aid Program providing legal advice to resolve conflicts experienced by people who may not otherwise have access to the justice system. James is excited to apply his previous experiences and interests to a career in family law and is committed to assisting clients achieve timely, satisfying resolutions to their conflicts.
